This is the new Blessington Street, St Kilda project for SLR Concepts Building and Construction.
The construction site is tight. Innovative methodologies and skilful application of construction and engineering techniques are required to both initiate the frst stage of the project – Installation of bored piers and capping beams, excavate the car stacker pit and installation of all below ground services, as well as the excavation and pouring of the car stacker footings and the clockwork retaining wall on the car stacker.
Blessington Street is heavily treed and access is by a narrow rear laneway parallel to Barkly St.
The building will be a mixed use project over 3 levels, comprising 2 retail spaces, 4 two bedroom apartments with off-street parking, lift access and a rooftop garden.
After the first stage the completion is a high quality build with open spacious apartments offering the very best in inner city living.
